Two people check every result. Once results are published they are locked. Every card has a QR code parents can scan to see it is real.

A JSS 2A Basic Science score sheet is sent in by the form teacher and approved by the exam officer. Edsynk adds up the CA and exam scores the way the school does, gives the WAEC grade and works out positions: Aisha Bello, 81.4, A1, 2nd of 32. The result is published and locked.
A parent scans the QR code on a printed report card with a phone camera. The page that opens says the card is real, and shows the school, term, class and student it belongs to. Published and locked on 24 July 2026.
Found a mistake?
Here is how you fix it.
Take the result back down and write why. Approve the fix and publish again. The corrected card gets a new version. Scan the old card’s QR code and it shows it was replaced. Edsynk keeps a record of every change.

The AI cannot change any score.
